Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions below.
At any time we make changes to this site and the details, including prices, displayed on it.
Placing an Order
Placing an order with us is easy. Just select the products you want and when you've chosen an item,
click the 'Add to Basket' button. Note that payments are handled securely by Paypal, so you need an
account with them in order to purchase from our site. You can set one up at
If, for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you and refund your payment.
Wherever you are on our site, you can add items to your basket in the same way.
You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking
on the "View Cart" button. You can remove items and change quantities in your basket from the

Edit My Order
Should you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be
able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email,
including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already
been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however,
you may return the item for a refund.
All orders are packaged by our suppliers with great care to ensure safe delivery.
All deliveries will normally be made between Monday and Friday.
All orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Should a signature be unobtainable
or a specified address is inaccessible and the delivery returned to us, the customer
will be liable for return postage.
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Product packaging must also be in the
same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly you will pay the return postage costs.
If you would like us to replace the goods with another product, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered,
we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us.
We may require proof that the item was signed for as damaged on arrival.
Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

consequential damages occurring in any part from the use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site,

advised of the possibility of such damages.
